Rep. Nisly Protects Life

With primary season in full swing, one of the most important races is the race for House District 22.  To me, a pro life legislator is very important because as it is written in the Declaration Of Independence, life is a right endowed to us by our Creator.  Without a doubt, the person who agrees with that notion more is Curt Nisly.

With the internet, it is easy to see where candidates stand on a variety of issues.  One such guide is ivotergiude.com.  They break down races on different levels and does it without partisan bias. Kim Cates says that she agrees that life begins at conception and should be protected. Yet, in the same survey,  she supports abortion in cases of rape,  incest,  and to protect the life of the mother. Yet, there has not been a documented case of an abortion for those requirements in Indiana. How can someone claim to be pro life,  yet allow for exemptions?

Curt Nisly has introduced the protection at conception which would ban abortion in Indiana.  If that is not the best way to stand for Life, I don't know what is.  My question is does Kim Cates agree with the legislation and would she ever support It? I'll stick with someone who has demonstrated he stands for Life and I'll support Curt Nisly in the primary.
