Dick Whirledge (L) and Russ Roesner, working for Butt and Timmons, take advantage of this morning's pleasant weather to work on the construction of eight new dugouts at Warsaw Little League Park at Bogg's Park.
Nearly 25 years old, the dugouts' foundations were settling and bricks were becoming loose, according to Little League President Lance Leeper.
Work on the dugout renovations began the week after Christmas and Leeper said the project should be completed by the time the season begins in May.
Donations and fundraisers so far have kept the project going, but another $12,000 to $15,000 is still needed for completion, Leeper said.
Anyone interested in helping out can call Leeper at 574-267-0055.
