Farmers of Kosciusko County are now busy bringing in cucumbers for pickles and tomatoes top the tomato factories in the county for canning.

At the Cruikshank pickle factory at Lakeside Park, between 1,900 and 2,000 bushels of cucumbers for pickles are being received daily. Several hundred pounds of cauliflower, cabbages and onions are received daily and a force of 35 men are kept constantly busy until midnight each day. Tomato factories at Pierceton and elsewhere are running overtime, according to farmers who were in Warsaw today. Shifts are being worked and the factories are in operation until 9 in the evening.
