Holly Leigh Rose, 1994 Queen of Lakes, will participate in the Indiana State Festival Association pageant Nov. 12 in Lafayette.
John and Wanda Tobias, Deb Mann and Diane Yeiter, of He and She Professional Hair Designing in Warsaw, recently attended a two-day Challenge of Success Forum designed exclusively for top beauty and barber industry professionals, held at the Hyatt Regency in Dearborn, Mich.
Mrs. Wiley (Stella) Blankenship, who resides just north of Warsaw on Ind. 15, grew a four-and-one-quarter-pound sweet potato on her farm. The giant potato measured 15 inches in length.
The Kosciusko County Ministerial Association met at the public library Monday afternoon and elected officers for the year as follows: President, Rev. E.M. Riddle; vice president, Rev. C. Perry Gibbs; secretary and treasurer, Rev. Garry Browne.
