Republicans are having considerable amusement over a story going the rounds regarding the tactics of Democratic campaign workers.
This story is to the effect that a Claypool farmer saw in the legal advertisement, among the commissioners allowances published once a month, an item of money expended to his neighbors. The item gave the name of the man and read, "inf. sup. $11." The Claypool farmer then reported that the commissioners were paying his neighbor $11 for "infant support." The item was for "infirmary supplies."
