Jennifer Mithoefer, Silver Lake, was recently named National Grand Champion of the 1993 National Junior Guernsey Show in Madison, Wis., at the World Dairy Exposition. Mithoefer also exhibited three Guernseys that were named first-place winners at the Expo.
J. Joseph Shellabarger, vice president of Dalton Foundries Inc., Warsaw, is retiring after 23 years of service.
The Warsaw School Board appointed Ken Norris to serve as head track coach, succeeding Fred Olds, who had requested last spring to be relieved of the position so that he would have more time to spend as art instructor in the city schools.
The golden wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Orr, 1017 E. Fort Wayne St., will be celebrated Sunday. A family dinner will be served at noon and from 2 to 5 p.m., friends of the couple are invited to call at the home.
