City Patrolman Steven C. Foster investigated a unique call. A neighbor complained of parking tickets made out by a woman residing in east Warsaw.

According to Officer Foster, the woman was leaving notes on cars parked in front of her house. The note said there is a $5 fine for parking in front of her house and that if the offenders didn't pay, the police would come and get them. Foster explained to the woman that the property was owned by the city and she couldn't enforce such a demand. However, the woman said that the note had already worked, because in September a man paid the $5.
