    WHEELING, W.Va. - Jennifer Yoon, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Jip Yoon, Warsaw, has earned academic honors for the first grading period at The Linsly School, where she in enrolled in 11th grade. To be named to the honors list, a Linsly student must maintain an overall grade point average of at least 92 percent.

Linsly is a coeducational college preparatory school for 415 students in grades five through 12.

    CHICAGO, Ill. - A Warsaw youth has found that hard work in 4-H can pay off in a really big way.

Ralph Reiff, 17, of Warsaw, is one of five Indiana youths who were named state award winners in their 1975 club projects by the Cooperative Extension Service. Reiff, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Reiff, Rt. 1, Warsaw, won in the leadership program and will receive an expense-paid trip to the 54th National 4-H Congress in Chicago Nov. 30 - Dec. 4 sponsored by Reader's Digest.

    Beverly Baum, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. John R. Baum, of Winona Lake, was pledged to membership in Delta Rho Alpha, a social sorority at Stephens College, Columbia Mo., it was reported by the college news bureau.

    Dorothy Brubaker has been pledged to the Chi Omega Sorority at Indiana University, where she is a member of the freshmen class. Brubaker will arrive here next Wednesday evening to spend the Thanksgiving vacation with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Brubaker.
