    The movie "Ghost" seems to be a permanent fixture at Center Center Cinema in Warsaw. Already proclaimed the box office smash of the year, "Ghost" is now in the top 10 motion pictures in the all-time gross sales category.

It's also a record-breaker in Warsaw. The movie is in its 16th week at the theater - a mark that outdistances any other movies, according to Bess Joyner, owner of the theater. More than 8,500 people have seen the movie at the theater, she said.

    November in Indiana just isn't a "strawberry-picken'" month, but due to the now-past warm spell the "Everbearing" strawberry plants in the John Senger garden, Rt. 5, Warsaw, decided it was time to bloom. Senger brought several of the partially ripened strawberries to the Times-Union for inspection. They were picked Nov. 12.

    Harold Radatz, of this city, received the Patterson-Fletcher award for ceramics at the art exhibit being held from Nov. 12 to Dec. 20 at the Fort Wayne Art Museum. This exhibit of paintings and ceramics, the work of local artists, is sponsored by the Beta chapter of the Tri Kappa sorority at Fort Wayne. Two pitchers were entered in the exhibit by Radatz.
