The new state road route No. 15, from the school house in Milford north six miles to New Paris, now under concrete construction by the state highway department has been paved for three miles and graded the other three miles. Workmen stopped work yesterday for the winter and will complete the work next spring. The new route parallels the present or old No. 15 about a half mile or more west of the old route.
