    Kosciusko County Sesquicentennial mugs (1836-1986) are now available through the Kosciusko County Historical Society. They are white with the Philip Holliday drawing of our courthouse ion blue.

Nov. 11 1971

    Town marshal Jay Davis and his deputy, Carl Jacobson, wre surprised at the recent town board meeting when Jospeh Beeson, town board president, presented them with the "Good Samaritan Award." The award was given for their effort in saving the life of a drowning child last summer.

Nov. 11 1946

    In answer to inquiries about the new "silver horseshoe" that passes around to county basketball teams, Milford is now in possession of the good-luck piece. The Trojans captured it from Syracuse on Friday night. They will not defend the horseshoe until Nov. 22, on which night they meet Claypool.

Nov. 11 1921

    Employees of the entire Pennsylvania system today honored the soldier dead. For two minutes - from noon to 12:02 - all business on the Pennsylvania ceased. Fast trains paused in their rush across the eastern half of the United States during this time.
