    Dave Cox, of Rice Ford Lincoln Mercury, has been recognized for sales excellence in 1987 with Specialist Level membership in Ford Division's 300/500 Masters Program. The program annually recognizes dealers' salespeople for outstanding sales performance.

Nov. 11 1972

    Warsaw's world travelers, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Armstrong of Yarnette Point, have returned from a 2,600-mile cruise up the Amazon River in South America.

They were aboard the Lindblad Explorer, the first passenger ship ever to make this trip.

    The dramatic club has announced that Ronnie Dunwell, Carolyn Knight, Virginia Flowers and Virginia Hoppus and one other member have been accepted into membership of the "National Thespian Society" and will be initiated and given their certificates of award at the next meeting.
