Wawasee High School seniors Shelly Daniels, Tressa Littleton and Julie Schmahl were three of the 11 girls named to the Academic All-State team for gymnastics. To be considered, a girl has to place as an individual or be on a team that won a sectional. It is based on grade point average, class rank and achievements the past four years.
Band director Phil Eherenman congratulated band members Mark Gadson and Linda Raber after they received the student conductor and service awards respectively following the spring band concert.
