    Tabitha L. Vining, of Palestine, will compete in the 1994 Miss Indiana National Pre-Teen Pageant May 13-15 in Columbus.

The pageant is the official state pageant for the Miss National Pre-Teen Pageant held in Orlando, Fla., in November.

    Elaine Harr of Burket, an advertising assistant at the Da-Lite Screen Co. Inc., has been selected as the Super Secretary in a contest conducted by Mcdonald's in the Kosciusko County area.

Harr is the secretary to Elmer J. Danch, advertising director of Da-Lite, who this year is commemorating his 15th year with the world's largest manufacturer of slide and motion picture screens.

    Mary Ann Long and Charles Morehead, will present a waltz as a feature of "A Salute to Music," spring festival to be staged in the high school auditorium by the vocal music department of the Warsaw schools.

The program, in celebration of National Music Week, will have Mary Ann Long, Norman Schwierking, Janet Foresman, Mary Ann Dunbar and Kenneth Mollenhour, as narrators for portions of the concert demonstrating progress in vocal training from the seventh through the 12th grade.

    CLAYPOOL - A charivari was given on Monday night to the newlyweds, Mr. and Mrs. Chauncey Tucker, and the usual treats were served. They will reside here, where the groom is associated with his father in the furniture business.
