    Three sisters and their spouses will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversaries with an open house in North Main Street Mennonite Church, Nappanee.

Menno and Catherine (Miller) Hochstetler, Nappanee, were married March 16, 1950; Jake and Sylvia (Miller) Hostetler, Milford, were married Nov. 19, 1950; and Henry and Edna (Miller) Hochstetler were married Aug. 20, 1950.

    Ron Clase has been named tennis program director and teaching pro at the Tippecanoe Lake Country Club this summer. A former state high school champion, Grace College star and currently a top rated player in northern Indiana, he has been the Warsaw Community High School tennis coach for the past four years.

    Mrs. Don LeBrun, South Whitley, is attending the convention of the Indiana Federation of Clubs at French Lick. Mrs. LeBrun has served as state chairman of the division of child welfare for the past three years.

May 25 1925

    The largest mushroom shown in this vicinity for many seasons past was exhibited today by Henry Oswalt of Warsaw, who found it in the Weidner wood, a mile and one-half south of Warsaw. The mushroom weighed seven ounces and measured 15 inches in circumference.
