    The Kings and Queens of the Triton and Warsaw proms held last weekend are Joey Haywood and Dana Hall, both seniors at Triton, and Dan Fulkerson and DeNae Bouse, seniors at Warsaw. Prince and Princess at Triton were juniors Craig Greer and Kathy Reichart.

    Ralph Stiver, 335 N. Buffalo St., Warsaw, was recently honored by members of the Warsaw First Christian Church for his long years of dedicated service to the church. He was granted the status of Elder Emeritus and was presented with a scroll. Although 79 years old, Stiver is often seen visiting patients at Murphy Medical Center spreading cheer.

    C.W. Best, secretary of the Warsaw Bowling Association, announced the winners of the city league bowling tournament, just completed at the Royal Alleys, East Market Street.

Winners were Loraine Crawford, Claypool, in all-events with a scored of 1,925 pins; Ab Shively, Warsaw, in singles with 706 pins; Fritz Wolferman, Milford, and Bob Caywood, Warsaw, in doubles with 1,259 pins; and the Elcar Coach team, Bourbon, in the team event with 3,146 pins.

    One hundred thousand small perch were placed in Winona Lake Friday by representatives of the conservation department of the state. The fish came from the Tri-State hatcheries in Whitley county.
