    Red - Warsaw Fire Chief Norm Banghart was slightly red-faced following the Elkhart regional basketball tournament, but not because the Tallman Tigers dropped the big game. It seems someone stole the red plastic dome covering the flashing rooftop lights on the chief's official vehicle while it was parked during the ball game.
