    Jennifer Conley, daughter of Becky Winch and John Conley, will participate in the Miss Teen All-American Pageant to be staged April 28 in the Hilton Hotel, Indianapolis.

Conley is an eighth-grade student at Warsaw Middle School. She is involved with 4-H, and her favorite activities are dancing and being with friends.

March 23 1975

    Richard G. Monk, 26, has been appointed radio dispatcher at the Kosciusko County Jail, according to an announcement by Sheriff John Hammersley. Monk replaces Earl Boggs, who resigned effective Feb. 28. Monk had previously served as a special deputy for approximately one and one-half years before being appointed on a full-time basis.

    Bonnie Miller, Warsaw, is on tour with the Indiana State Teachers' College Symphonic Band, which is making a number of appearances in the southern part of the state.

    Eda Hartlib, of near Syracuse, a student at Wittenberg College at Springfield, Ohio, has been honored by being listed among the students at the college who attained a scholarship quotient of 3.0 or more during the first semester of the college year.

Hartlib is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Hartlib of near Syracuse. She graduated from Milford High School last year.
