The different art styles of Carolyn Harman Beigh, Bob Lang and Don "Wop" Anglin will be on display during March at the Lakeland Art Center in Warsaw.
The 1980 representatives to Indiana Girls State, sponsored by John C. Peterson, Unit 49, American Legion Auxiliary, are Lynn Jurss, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Jurss, Warsaw, as delegate; and Lori Overstreet, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. R. Larry Overstreet, Winona Lake, as alternate. Both girls are juniors at Warsaw Community High School.
Bobbie Ann Rasor, 4, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Rasor, 701 E. Main St., was seen armed with cowboy hat and gun belt, riding her tricycle down East Main Street. Many children can be seen playing out-of-doors as the weather turns more springlike.
Paul Smith, of Atwood High School, was named winner of the Kosciusko County oratorical contest held at Warsaw High School and sponsored by the Indiana State Bar Association. Emeral Callander, of Milford, received second place, and Lawrence Smith, of Warsaw, received third place in the contest.
