    Dorothy VanCleve will retire in 1994 after 42 years as a teacher. But the work she leaves behind will be used by students for many years to come.

VanCleve was honored recently as Kosciusko County Soil and Water Conservation District teacher of the year for the outdoor lab she designed at Harrison Elementary School.

    Warsaw dance instructor Debbie Gadson is appearing as one of the dancers and choral members in the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre production of "On A Clear Day You Can See Forever."

Debbie is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Gadson, Cardinal Drive, Warsaw. She is a former member of the cast at the Wagon Wheel Playhouse in Warsaw. This is her second season with the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre, having appeared last year in "Brigadoon."

    Patricia Heaton spent Friday in Indianapolis. She served as a page for Representative Frank Rarrick at the Friday session of the Indiana Assembly.

    A number of Warsaw women attended the style show at Bolinger's Wednesday afternoon. Modeling at the affair are Mrs. William Botkins, Mrs. Frank Harmon, Mrs. Chester Bolinger, Mrs. Almon Gerard, Mrs. Tom Dye, Louise White, Goldie Herscher, Winifred Anglin, Dorothy Clase, Betty White and Ann Bayman.
