A large American flag has been presented to the Warsaw library by Mrs. Edward A. Phillips, West Jefferson Street. It will be flown on holidays and special occasions from the tall flagpole in the library yard. The banner is about nine feet long and five feet wide and made of a finely woven wool material. Members of the library staff are happy to have the gift as their old flag was worn out after many years of service.
