    LYNCHBURG, Va. - Liberty University senior Aaron Bruce, a former wrestling standout at Warsaw Community High School, has qualified for the NCAA Wrestling Championships.

Bruce, a 190-pounder for the Flames, won his weight class at the Colonial Athletic Association Wrestling Championships this past weekend. Bruce will now compete in the NCAA Championships in Chapel Hill, N.C.

    Kerry and Jerry Goshert served as pages for State Representative Thames Mauzy (R-Warsaw) in the Indiana House of Representatives recently. Kerry, 17, attends Tippecanoe Valley High School, and Jerry, 14, attends Mentone Junior High School. They are the sons of Mr. and Mrs. James Goshert of Mentone. Each page receives a certificate for their service at the State House.

    Eloise Godshalk, 18, Syracuse High School senior, placed third in the Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizenship state contest and will be honored at a luncheon in Indianapolis.

Eloise and her mother, Mrs. Fred Godshalk, will be accompanied to the luncheon by Mrs. Frank Bates, of Syracuse, and Mrs. Carl Spiesshofer and Rozella Ford, Warsaw, local members of the DAR.

    Phil Farren, who directs the Warsaw public school band and who resides at Columbia City, has purchased two pairs of Parisian frogs which he will place in a small marsh at the rear of his cottage at Tri-Lake.
