    Milford Fest "Cutie King and Queen" winners were announced Saturday during the town's festival. Winners are Robbie Marshall as King and Tabitha Frasure as Queen. Princess was Nicole DeLaFuente and Jordan Routson was chosen as Prince.

    RAPID CITY, S.D. - An official at Ellswroth AFB, S.D., has announced the promotion of James S. Oliver to lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Air Force.

Colonel Oliver, son of Mrs. Reece A. Oliver, Akron, is a missile staff officer with a unit of the Strategic Air Command.

    Richard J. Roberds, Warsaw, has been elected treasurer of the Wabash College chapter of Phi Kappa Psi social fraternity for the fall semester. Roberds, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford C. Roberds, is a sophomore at the all-men, liberal arts college.

    The auxiliary of the Harold M. Fockler post, Atwood, observed Memorial Day in a most fitting way. The members visited Harrison Center, Union, Highland and Stony Point cemeteries and placed flags and flowers on all soldier graves, both Civil War and World War veterans. The auxiliary has had the care of five of these graves since its organization, namely, those of Adam Housoner, Arthur Busse, Glenn Frederickson and Ivan Gall, at Stony Point, and Sherman Long at Union Cemetery.
