    While some seven-year-olds are still riding their bicycles with the training wheels intact for security, Jeremy Grene, Warsaw, placed fourth in the American Motorcycle Association state moto-cross competition last year, during his first year of racing.

    Miss Chapman Lake, Teresa Rhoades, a student at Warsaw Community High School and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Rhoades, Chapman Lake, will be sponsored by Harriet's Dress Shop of Leesburg, during the upcoming Mermaid Festival queen activities.

    Winona Lake streets are being hastily repaired by street department in anticipation of all-time record crowds at lake this summer. Park Avenue and Administration Blvd. receiving special attention by the town's street deparment.

    The city of Warsaw today purchased from Clark Hatfield a lot 50-feet in width and extending from the Winona Interurban Railway right-of-way to the Big Four Tracks, off of North Detroit Street, and the ground will be used as an automobile tourist camp.
