ROCHESTER - Robert Miller, clerk of the Fulton County Circuit Court, kept his pigs in the parlor on his newly acquired farm, but the porcines weren't satisfied with even such pretentious quarters.

Miller invited friends to see his new acquisition in the line of farms. The friends were astonished to find the pigs in the downstairs section of the house. When Miller returned the next day, however, he received the surprise. Not a hog could be discovered. Finally he found them on the second floor. W.A. Howard, the friend who saw the pigs downstairs stated the belief that any animals deserving of downstairs quarters had a right to consider themselves fit for the upper section of the house.
