Confidence and determination are the words which best describe 17-year-old Lorissa Rigsby, Chapman Lake, crowned Miss Indiana Teen All-American July 10 at the Hilton Hotel, Indianapolis.

She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jan Kuntz, Warsaw, and Paul Rigsby, Marion.

Six Warsaw wrestlers competed in weekend AAU-sanctioned action at Arlington High School at Indianapolis.

Warsaw's Barry McCleary, wrestling at 192, picked up the lone first for local competitors. Ted Pinnick placed second at 174; Rod Leake fourth at 115; Jay Records fifth at 178; Jack Summe sixth at heavyweight; and Greg Kralis did not place at 143.

The stage is set for Warsaw's first big outdoor wrestling show Thursday night at the fairgrounds. The local Moose lodge is staging the grunt and groan matches, which promise to be a big hit here during these late summer months.

Featured on the program will be Warsaw's own Everett (Silent) Rattan, former world's junior middleweight title holder.

Harry Myers, of this city, and his father, both of whom reside in the northwest part of Warsaw, are in possession of three freak cats, which apparently are half rabbit - that is, the front part of each little animal is distinctly like the ordinary feline species, while the rear portion is rabbit, and when these small cats move they hop like a bunny. One has no tail, the other two have the stub tail just like a rabbit.

These kitten-bunnies would furnish an interesting freak at any county fair.
