NORTH MANCHESTER - J.A. Clevenger harvested his oats crop Tuesday despite the fact he is past 80 years old, doing part of the work himself in the old fashioned way with a cradle. It didn't take him so very long either, for the harvest amounted to only four shocks, it being a patch of oats he had sown in his garden. S.W. Clevenger helped his father, and admits the "old man could probably teach him something about using a cradle."
