    Wes Zirkle claimed top honors in the state in the sixth annual AT&T Collegiate Investment Challenge.

Zirkle, a Warsaw Community High School senior and a member of Future Business Leaders of America, was one of 152 Hoosiers who participated in the stock market game from Oct. 11 to Dec. 10.

    George H. Lenke, president of Da-Lite Screen was presented with a 25-year service award by chairman of the board Mrs. Chester C. Cooley. Lenke has been president of Da-Lite since 1963. This year marks the 70th anniversary of Da-Lite and 21st year as part of the Warsaw community. Thirty-nine Da-Lite employees, with a total of 405 years of service, were honored at a recent luncheon.

    Wilma E. Shaffer, Route 1, Warsaw, received a check from H.O. Kring as a prize for writing about the 1954 Plymouth. Shaffer also received a letter from the Plymouth Motor Corporation, Detroit, Mich, complimenting her on her entry in the nation-wide contest.
