According to County Clerk Russell H. Butler, a hound dog pup has been in the Kosciusko County Courthouse for four or five days, some think since Saturday, but the pup persistently refuses to leave the building, although several persons have tried to call him outside.

Belief is expressed by officials that the pup is the pet of some farmer, who was in the courthouse several days ago, and that it is waiting, waiting and waiting for its master to leave. In the meantime the owner, it is presumed, went out another door.
