Meena Datta was recently selected to participate in the Hugh O'Brian Youth Foundation Leadership Seminar June 10-12 in Indianapolis as "ambassador" from Warsaw. The selection was made by the Noon Kiwanis Club of Warsaw. The purpose of the seminar is to unite sophomores throughout the state with leaders in business, industry, government, education and the professions to learn about the free enterprise-system and democratic process.

Reba Pyle, county home demonstration agent, Mrs. Chris Kammerer, of Leesburg, Mrs. William Frush, of Warsaw, and Alice Jones, of Claypool, went to Purdue University Friday to attend the winter agricultural conference. The purpose of their going was to get ideas for national home demonstration week which will be observed here in May.
One of the largest audiences that ever assembled in the First Methodist Church was present last evening to hear the drama sermon by Dr. C. Perry Gibbs on "Ben-Hur." The singing of the old songs led by Dr. F.C. Olds was full of spirit and enthusiasm. The solo parts were sung by Mr. Funk and Mrs. Olds.
