    Stacey Rhoades recently joint the staff at Attitudes by Precision Cut, 898 East Winona Avenue, and will be performing hair and skin care services. She is a graduate of Warsaw Community High School and Pennsylvania Academy of Cosmetology Arts and Science. After returning to Warsaw, She attended Wabash Beauty School to further her education.

    Mrs. Paul Rush was elected president of the Ladies of the Round Table at its recent meeting, replacing outgoing president, Mrs. David Spray. Other 1973 officers include Mrs. James Nelson, vice president; Mrs. Milton Brice, secretary; and Mrs. James Alford, treasurer.

Jan. 15 1948

    Arrangements were completed today to bring to Warsaw the All-American Red Heads, girls' professional basketball team, for an exhibition game. The girls will play one of the better teams in the local independent league, the Warsaw Alumni quintet. Playing against the girls will be quite a number of former Warsaw high school stars, including Bill and Lew Goshert, Norman Hankins, John Hammersley, Bob Brown, Junior Roberts, Gene Sumpter and Carl Latta.

    "When my dog lays on his back with his feet up in the air it's a sure sign that it will rain within a few hours," says Walter Pape, of this city. The dog has suffered two broken limbs and once was run over by an auto. It is believed that a weather change affects the fractured bones, which gives him the advance warning of inclement weather.
