    Kosciusko County mark diggers, distributors and users met at the courthouse in an attempt to revive the county mark association which had dwindled to almost nothing in recent years. The mark, dug from the bottom of county lakes, was used as fertilizer.

Jan. 14 1922

    A former Warsaw attorney practicing law in Fort Wayne excused a woman from jury duty in Allen Superior Court. Although the woman was eager to serve, the attorney said that he objected to women serving on the ground that it would deprive the masculine members of the jury from the privilege of smoking.
