Uncle Spec Ettinger, long-time harness maker of OUR TOWN, is moving from the McCleary Building on North Buffalo Street to the Gael Munson Sr. Building, located back of the Munson home on North Lake Street. Uncle Spec has given away more skate straps, gun holsters and silver and gold studded belts than a 20-year-old cat has had kittens.
