Thirty-four Cub Scouts competed in the Lincoln School Pack 3767 annual Pinewood Derby Race Jan. 28. Winners are Alex Herrington, first place; John Johnson, second; Ryan Munsch, third; and Neel Kishan, best show car.

Sam Henderson was among 13 novice debaters from DePauw University competing in an invitational tourney for 35 schools at Purdue University today. Henderson is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Henderson, of northeast of Our Town.
Donna Boone of East Main Street entertained with a pretty valentine party Tuesday evening after school between the hours of 3:30 and 5 o'clock. The guests included Junior Olds, Catherine Olds, Ethel Campbell, James Pottenger, Jack Riddle, Wilma Ruse, Virginia Novak, Frederick Olds, Jack Landis, Robert Shinn and Arthur Lloyd.
