Boy Scouts took over the city of Warsaw today as a fitting climax to Boy Scout week, being held throughout the nation in observance of the 41st birthday of the Boy Scouts of America. Eight boys, all members of either Troop 30, of the Methodist Church, or Troop 36, of the Evangelical United Brethren Church, met Saturday morning at the city hall and "drew from the hat" to see which city offices they would hold for the day.
