Donald Bussard, data communications technician for Sprint/United Telephone in Warsaw, will celebrate his 20th year of service for the company in December.

Bussard started his career with Spring/United Telephone on Dec. 2, 1974. Prior to attaining his current position, he worked as a state central office equipment installer for Indiana. In his current job, Bussard installs and maintains data communications equipment.

He & She Professional Hair Designing, Warsaw, announces the addition of two stylists, Chris Jensen and Pam Carlberg, to its staff.

Jensen, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. Herman Jensen, attended Clark's Beauty Academy in Kokomo, and Carlberg, a graduate of Academy Beauty College, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Carlberg.

Two Warsaw High School seniors, Lorene Melick and Bob Moore, captured top honors in the student legislature held at Purdue University Friday and Saturday, marking the fourth consecutive year for the Warsaw school to place among the 10 leading schools of the state.

Melick is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Loren Melick, and Moore is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert K. Moore.

Members of the Warsaw Volunteer Fire Department met in the city council chamber and elected the following officers for the coming year: Herbert Thompson, captain; Loren Stokes, first lieutenant; Raymond Neff, second lieutenant; Judd Pittenger, treasurer; N.E. Shepler, secretary; Elza Cox, trustee for three years.
