Frank D. Hoffer, assistant vice president of the Etna Green branch of First National Bank, Warsaw, has announced his retirement after 23 years of service.
WICHITA FALLS, Texas - Airman Douglas D. Pollock, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul D. Pollock, of Rt. 4, Syracuse, has graduated at Sheppard AFB, Texas, from the U.S. Air Force technical training course for aircraft maintenance specialists.

Mrs. Almeda Cowic, North West Street, celebrated her 89th birthday anniversary on Dec. 2. At noon her granddaughter, Mayme Cowic, entertained at dinner in her honor. Mrs. Cowic, one of the oldest residents of Warsaw, is in unusually good health and is very active.
