Pierceton Volunteer Fire Dept. honored Rob Barker as Fireman of the Year at their annual Christmas dinner Dec. 3. Barker has been with the department for 18 months and is a second class fireman.
BLOOMINGTON - Warsaw Community High School's Scott Hutcherson found himself in the company of some mighty tough wrestlers in the Bloomington North Tournament. But when the dust had settled, the WCHS senior was still unbeaten, the tourney's 119-pound champion and winner of the event's Outstanding Wrestler award.
