John Erfurt, Warsaw young man, left Germany in 1914 previous to the world war and came to the United States. After nine years in which he did not hear from his parents he recently located them by sending a dollar bill to the police department. In a letter he received a photo of his parents and brothers, stating that the dollar had employed the entire police force of a large city and a detective agency, and after locating them and paying them there was 50 cents left on which they staged a big party, buying cigars, meat and a loaf of bread.
