INDIANAPOLIS - A Leesburg man will try his luck at winning $1,000,000 in the "Hoosier Millionaire" lottery game show.
Dave Montgomery, who lives at Tippecanoe Lake, was selected as a contestant in the weekly drawing last Friday.

PIERCETON - Spencer Brown, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Alton Brown, Pierceton, will perform at this year's Peach Bowl.
He is one of many Purdue University band members who will travel to Atlanta, Ga., to perform at the Peach Bowl on Christmas Day. Spencer, who is a freshman, plays a trumpet in the Purdue "All-American" Marching Band. He is a 1978 graduate of Whitko High School.
