Letters to Santa Claus at the North Pole:

Dear Santa, I've been a very good farmer this year so could you please bring me a brand new combine (mine broke) with a new corn head. Also, I could use some new Osh Kosh overalls. Size large. P.S. I'll make sure Glenna leaves some milk and cookies for you. Your friend, Ivan Werstler, 59, Pierceton. Dear Santa, I've been a good little farmer's wife this year. I only have a couple of things I want this year. New carpet for my dining room, new wall paper, the woodwork refinished and maybe if it's not too much, a grasshopper lawn mower, model 2175 with a 60-inch deck, 19 horse diesel engine grass catcher with hydraulic dump with running lights. P.S. Don't tell Ivan. He blew up my last mower. Your friend, Glenna Werstler, 58, of Pierceton.
