    Furman C. Martin Jr. is reliving one of the blackest moments in his life. As a member of the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association (PHSA), he has returned to the now tranquil island of Oahu, Hawaii for the 30th anniversary. Now living on a rural Warsaw farm, Martin is employed by Endicott Church Furniture here.

    Ray Strayer, of Claypool and Warsaw, recently attended national fire waste council at Chicago where he made a report on activities of the 10-man national small-town insurance agents' committee. He is the chairman of the state small-town agents' committee.

Dec. 4 1921

    Richard E. Robinson of Warsaw, is procuring a hunting license at the office of County Clerk Russell H. Butler Monday reported that several wild wolves were seen in a swamp about eight miles southwest of Warsaw. The barks of the animals have been heard on many occasions.
