    Mary Lou Plummer just finished her third week as meter maid for the Warsaw Police Department and she's enjoying every step.

The new meter maid is married to Larry Plummer, assistant superintendent at the Warsaw Parks Department.

August 8 1975

    Cindy Ross, a 17-year-old Warsaw Community High School student, took first and two fourths at an AAU track meet last week-end in Fort Wayne.

She won the discus with a 96'1" heave, her best toss of the year. Her fourth place finishes came in the shot put, with a 39'1" throw and the javelin, where she went 90'10" in her first attempt at the event.

    A group of former schoolmates, who were students at the Warsaw High School enjoyed a reunion dinner served at the Pine Room on West Street. In the group were: Mrs. Mamie Surguy and Mrs. Condict Smith, both of Tucson, Ariz., Mrs. James Colchin, of Fort Wayne, Mrs. Fred Surguy, of near Palestine, and Mrs. Fred Aylor, Mrs. Rulo Minear and Mrs. Calvin Stover, of this city.

    Robert Breading, well known Warsaw Cigar maker, has become sole owner of the Haas & Breading cigar store. He has closed a deal with his partner, Ed Haas, purchasing the later's interest.
