NORFOLK, Va. - Marine Pfc. Mathew J. Bucher recently graduated from the Marine Aviation Operations Specialist Course.
Member Wayne Sebo and his guest Brooks Pinnick teamed up to win the two-day Rozella Ford Member-Guest Tournament Friday and Saturday by a single shot. The pair fired a 195 over the two days, one stroke better than Cliff Scholl and Clarence DeTurk.
Roberta Sparrow, Atwood, a second year 4-H garden member, was awarded the placement of grand champion 4-H gardener at the county fair. She exhibited a plate each of endive, potatoes, cucumbers, onions, beans and peppers.
