    Hilary and Marissa Hamman, 9, of Route 9, Warsaw, spent last weekend attending the 13th annual Twins Days Festival in Twinsburg, Ohio. This year's event was the largest known gathering of twins in the world and will be listed in the "Guinness Book of World Records" as such. The girls are the twin daughters of Gary and Jody Hamman.

    The most valuable players of the recent Little League all-star games played at Boggs Industrial Park are Jack Beehan, MVP of the minor league game, which won 8-7, and Mark Dyem MVP of the major league game, which won 5-4.

    Catherine Murtaugh, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Matt Murtaugh, North Buffalo Street, is the winner of second place in the coloratura soprano division of the Elkhart musical festival. Murtaugh's required number was the aria, "The Shadow Song," from the opera, "Dinorah."

    Sybil Lytle, 15, daughter of Mrs. D.A. Rippey, Warsaw, and a member of the freshman class of the Warsaw High School this fall, will be Kosciusko County's lone entry in the national swimming events at Broad Ripple pool, Indianapolis, next week.

Lytle, an unusual long distance swimmer, frequently swims across and back Tippecanoe Lake.
