Balloons were launched from two different locations last week in observance of the Week of the Young Child. Children from agencies serving children met to launch the balloons at the Warsaw Child Care Center in Warsaw and at Lakeland Day Care Center in Syracuse to call attention to the educational and service programs current available to young children.
