    A former Warsaw resident, who was an engineer here for moe than 20 years, is building a reputation in Florida as a creative artist. Reginald Elliott and his family lived in Warsaw after he arrived here in 1952 from England. He was hired by Stan Arnold Corp., where he designed carburetos and other mechanical parts.

    The YMCA swim team ended its season with an awards banquet. All swim team members and their parents enjoyed an eveing of food and swimming. Award winners were: Scott Smith, Theresa Armstrong, Jill Wright, Jeff Wright, Beth Davis, Steve Rosenkranz, Kathy Garrard, Scott Armstrong, Tom Trier, Linda Wright, Robin Zeigler, and Bob Bauer.

April 19 1947

    Former county game warden Jimmy Durham reported to have recieved a special commission from state conservation director Don Hughes empowering him with authority to make fish and game arrests throughout the state.

    Seventy-five lockers were being installed today in the Co. L. armory at the Community Building for use of the solider boys.
