Volunteers and staff of Beaman Home gathered to honor student intern Elizabeth Grace for her 400 hour of service. Beaman Home is a 24-hour crisis care and outreach shelter for families experiencing domestic violence. Volunteers provide a variety of services for battered women and their minor children.
Trooper Michael Barnett recently received a certificate and safe driving award for accumulation of 350,000 accident-free miles. Trooper Barnett is a seven-year veteran with the State Police and is assigned to Kosciusko County. Trooper Barnett and his family reside at Rt. 2, Milford.
CLAYPOOL - Church attendance at the EUB Sunday was 250. Both morning and evening messages were brought by Rev. Wayne Johnson. Special number was a duet by Renita and Donna Ring.
Vernon VanDyke, who represented Kosciusko County in the district discussion league contest held at North Judson Friday evening, won fourth place.
