A yellow and white bulldog wearing a strap around his neck, has kept vigil at the State Bank corner for two days, waiting for the master who seems to have disappeared. The dog gives little heed to passersby, even when someone speaks to him. The look of anxiety in his eyes moved several persons to compassion and he was offered food which appealed to him but little, as the sole thought of his canine mind seemed to be the return of his master. The dog sometimes goes into the street and watches the road south on Buffalo Street. Such fidelity should be rewarded. Mr. Farmer or Mr. City Man, claim your faithful friend.
