    The Bluebirds won the regular season and tournament championships of the Warsaw Girls Softball T-Ball League. They are: Bridget Leiter, Brittney Maul, Marissa Angel, Brittney Leiter, Sydney Keifer, Hilary Hershberger, Heather Shepherd, Alexis Albertson, Larissa Walters, Laura Long, Kayla McKellar and Megan Saull. They are coached by Brian Keifer, Elaine Albertson and Allan Albertson.

August 7 1983

    Anne Dickerson won low gross honors; Rose Harroff, low net scoring; and Shirley Bricker was the leading putter in the Tippecanoe Lake Country Club women's nine-hole club's round of golf.

In Class B, winners were Joan Rhodes, gross; Annette Jennings, net; and Grace Seybert, putts; and in Class C, Mary Steenhausen, gross; Susie Ostrowski, net; and Diane Simpson, putts.

August 7 1958

    Judy Hoffer, 16, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Giles Hoffer, Warsaw, was acclaimed grand champion of the Kosciusko County Fair 4-H dress revue before a crowd of approximately 1,000 at the fairgrounds.

Judy, a member of the Warsaw Humdingers Club, wore a French blue wool sheath with high roll collar, fitted waist and three-quarter length sleeves.
